Rachael Ray, the popular host of several shows on the Food Network, including "30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray" and "$40 a Day with Rachael Ray", recently lunched at Rosine's Restaurant, located at 434 Alvarado St. in downtown Monterey. She enjoyed an Italian Summer Salad and chatted with owner Rosine Culcasi. Founded in 1980, Rosine's Restaurant, located in the heart of downtown Monterey, CA, recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. Rosine's Restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunches, from 8:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturdays
