Our feature on local cookbooks produced some mail, a few from foodies who couldn't believe we left off our list "Rosine's Cuisine", with recipes compiled from a daughter of Rosine Culcasi herself. It is filled with Rosine's secrets on how most of the dishes are made, a few to include are their homemade soups, breakfast, lunch and dinner specialties, their decadent desserts and lots of helpful hints.
